Details
Copying a bookmark folders from the menu or bookmarks toolbar does not actually copy them. If you right click on empty menu space, paste will be grayed out.
Reproducing:
#1) Right click on empty space on the bookmarks toolbar.
#2) Select "New Folder" from the context menu
#3) Right click on the new folder "New Folder"
#4) Select copy from the context menu
#5) Right click on empty space on the bookmarks toolbar.
#6) Paste is disabled
