33225 - activation- activated migrated profiles creating two directories

Migrated profiles: 
migrate profile, activate (changes profile name and creates a directory with 
netcenter name in additon to directory with profile name)
rename the migrated profile and you get another directory

very bad situation exists if you use same netcenter name twice- second use will 
rename current profile being used as well as another profile using that name- 
no warning by activation (cannot rename two profiles with same name through 
profile manager as warning is given)
