sometimes it load when I use the aol browser, but will not load again if I click on anything else on the page

WFM. Have you tried:
-running firefox in its safemode
-a new profile
-reinstalling the latest firefox version in a new clean directory?

I am running the lastest version, how do I run firefox in safe mode?

If it doesn't work in IE or Firefox, then it's not a browser problem, it's either a problem with the site or a problem with a firewall or proxy or your ISP filtering it, intentionally or otherwise.

i am able to access site from other computers but not mine. any suggestions. I do use Zone Alarm as well
