Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run Minimo
2. Go to page with frames
3. Try to move frame bar
Actual Results:
Bar too small and nothing happens.
Expected Results:
Make frame bar bigger to allow its movement.

in addition, we need a way to hide/show frames.
