Firefox doesn't use the scroll pad next to the mouse pad on my laptop, I have to use the arrows on the side of the page.

I have a new gateway notebook model cx2615. It is a convertible tablet notebook running windows xp tablet edition with sp2. It has a scroll pad next to the mouse pad and it is a very good function if you are not using a mouse with a scroll wheel. it works fine on pages in internet explorer but firfox doesn't seem to access this.
