The html on the web page is fine and all the links work in Internet Explorer. But in Firefox and Opera browser, the anchor to return to Index links do not work. There are about 45 of these (Back to Index) links on this page.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click "back to Index" link and it just stays there. It doesn't move back to index.
2.
3.

Actual Results:
Click "Back to Index"

Expected Results:
Nothing.  It just stays there.

Gone back to Index.

The page has:

  <a name=INDEX>

And the links are:

  <A href="#Index">

but anchor names are case-sensitive in HTML.

There are existing (invalid) bugs on this.

That fixed it. Like you said, the links are case sensitive so I changed all the "Index" links to upper case and now they work. Never had a problem with the case in IE but Opera also requires same case lettering.
thanks for the help.
