when i try to install some extensions ; i get the yellow bar in the top " this web site try to install a programe ..." & i click to change te preferences , i add the site to allowed list , but doesn't work the same yallow bar , many time i try to install extension from mozilla site but i cant not! & the mozilla site is aleardy added to allowed site list.

Try typing about:config into the address bar and setting xpinstall.enabled to true.
