Details

Currently we do not have components for all of the locales we ship for Firefox and Thunderbird. When QA needs to file a bug, we should have an easy way to file a bug against that locale and have the proper owner(s) listed, or have a watchable QA contact where individuals can watch those bugs. This came up because I tried to file a bug against in-GU and it did not have an owner. We have too many locales to manage now and we need to make this a priority.
Mass resolving old l10n bugs. These didn't change since 2006, WORKSFORME.
