Not only am I not able to close the first tab when multiple tabs are present (bug 329365, dupe of bug 137477), but other tabs seem to have strange effects on it. It frequently loses it's 'back' history, and sometimes, although I can't really reproduce this exactly, it seems that either clicks in other tabs open in it, or cause it to reload.

Ok, maybe it's not exactly a dupe, but it's certainly related.

Eyal, do you have session saver installed? If so, this is a dupe of bug 326395

No, I don't think I had session saver running at the time. However, I recently deleted my entire chrome dir and the problem went away. Marking WFM for now.
