No submenu appears once clicked on the menu item

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Tbird
2. Click on the File menu

Actual Results:  
File menu will not roll down

Expected Results:  
File menu should roll down 

It gets the focus as being selected and turning active, but the menu itself won't open (see attached image)

Upgrade to the latest trunk (Thunderbird 3.0a1 (Windows/20060408)) fixed the
issue
