Steps to reproduce:
1. On http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/query.cgi , select all entries in "Status" by
dragging the mouse from the top to the bottom (because you don't feel like
reaching down to the keyboard for ctrl to DEselect all)
2. But, instead of lifting the mouse button on "closed", mouseup slightly below
the bottom of the listbox, because your timing isn't that good.
3. Try to scroll with the mouse.

Result: can't scroll until you click a second time inside the listbox
Happens with multi-select and single-select listboxes.

Also, both the listbox and the page move around if you try to scroll with the
keyboard (up/down keys).

Yes, it is a mouse grab issue, the combobox never gets the mouse up event.

Now I can select after using the listbox, but my selection is grey instead of
blue.
