In mail responses, sometimes I want to highlight my responses to a bulleted list (or similar) with color. Doing this once (for single bullet response) is okay, but there's no productivity gain to repeating this action for a series of text blocks.
.
I'd like to select the text, and use Edit-Redo (Ctrl+Y -- a single keystroke).
.
Instead I need to:
1. Select the text
2. Menu: Format...Text Color, or click the Text Color Button
3. Click the "Last Picked Color" button, or Alt-L
4. Click OK
.
I guess the best I could do (by learning an obscure sequence) might be:
Alt-O C Alt-L [enter]
Reproducible: Always
Expected Results:
Allow using Edit-Redo to apply text color change

You're actually asking for "repeat" rather than "redo" -- "redo" generally means "undo that last undo." This is bug 90665.
Redoing color is not keyboard-accessible, unfortunately, but it can be accomplished by selecting the text and Shift+Click on the text-color swatch.
See bug 305867.
This bug should be marked as a dupe of one of those, please pick which aspect is more important to you -- repeating color, or the general repeat.
