I just moved most of the MDC bugs from devmo to the new product, but the review flags got lost in the move (blame Bugzilla). I need the "review" flag added to the new product so I can correct the issues. Thanks!

i updated the description so that people can figure out while admining which flag applies. i'm going to poke the bugzilla team about a way to show that info from the editflagtypes screen so we don't have to manually maintain that monstrocity.
