Using a custom tree view, after setCellValue is called on a checkbox cell, the display of the cell is not updated until the row is selected or unselected.

This testcase must be loaded as chrome.
Without selecting any row, uncheck one of the boxes. The checkbox does not disappear. Select the row by clicking on the first column. The checkbox gets updated. Switching tabs or focussing a different window also updates the checkbox display. The same occurs for checking an unchecked row.

I don't think anyone is going to work on this given the plan to remove the XUL "tree" widget (bug 1446335).
