Steps to Reproduce:
1.I open this URL first. http://www.citibank.com.tr/homepage/tr/index.htm#
2.Then I click (giris, bireysel bankacilik, Citibank Online)
3.I click Citibank Online. Then I click to "Citibank Online'a girmek icin tiklayin. Its URL is http://hometr.cd.citibank.com.tr/HomeBankingSec/StartSession.asp?LANGNAME=Turkish&LANG=11&DEVICEMODE=HTMLGPH&SRCT=10&BUSCODE=tr&SERVICECODE=SIGNON&MODE=2
4. But, it does not to be opened. I works only with Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Actual Results:  
The new window does'nt be opened.

Expected Results:  
Does nothing.

I can not use the URL www.citibank.com
It opens, but there is no action taken when I click on the selection lists or any of the links on the page.
Firefox is completely non-functional on this url.  If you want to know why I can't use Firefox, this is one good reason.  www.citibank.com is an absolutely critical www site to have work.

The following www.citibank.com signin URL is completely nonfunctional: nothing happens:

If Firefox (3.0.5 in fact also all Versions befor) is opened and I want to open another HTML-offline-file per dobble click in windows-explorer it does not open.

This bug was originally reported on Firefox 2.x or older, which is no longer supported and will not be receiving any more updates. I strongly suggest that you update to Firefox 3.6.6 or later, update your plugins (flash, adobe, etc.), and retest in a new profile. If you still see the issue with the updated Firefox, please post here. Otherwise, please close as RESOLVED > WORKSFORME
