Height of rows in main view become much bigger, than is should be.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create new profile via profilemanager
2. tools -> options -> view: start time = 8:00 and end time=10:00
3. add new event from 20:00 to 21:00
  instead of resize height of rows, Sunbird show scrolls (see screenshots)
4. restart Sunbird
  height of rows are much smaller, looks better, however scroll is still visible
Actual Results:  
when I switch in option end time=23:00 and restart Sunbird grid looks fine, scroll is visible (because of low resolution) but I can see all events

Expected Results:  
all events should be visible

generally, switching hours in option dialog has bad effects to grid

The preference dialog for setting start and end time of day/week view doesn't exist anymore. -> INVALID
