A new option for the Message Filters to "skip" junk mail controls. Any mail that is flagged by this filter should not have the junk mail rules applied to it.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
Example:
Message filter for "reallyimportantstuff@mydomain.com" to move to "Important Stuff" folder.
New "Ignore Junk Mail Controls" option on filter.

Expected Results:
Message to be moved to the folder and never classed as junk

This isn't something that I would expect would be used in all situations so shouldn't be put in the Junk Mail Controls screen, but should be added to the individual message filter.

An example is if you are on a mailing list and you want all posts to come through.
filters can mark messages as nonjunk - that will automatically bypass the junk mail controls.

Alastair, you might also look at bug 198961 which is, I think, basically what you're asking for. Or maybe bug 189970.
Yes, bug 198961 is the same. This is a duplicate.
