Import/migration code is not very well-tested, and my impression is that the state of the code is largely unknown.

It may have to do with the fact that most users tend to test it only one time: during migration, and then (often) never again.

To change this, we could keep a couple of testcase profiles on the CVS in order for QA and developers to easily be able to test the import/migration modules with real-world data.

We should probably ask the community to help us with good, working test-profiles for us to use.

we can probably catch some by visiting some recently reported bugs, and watching QA address [e-mail] and to a lesser degree [e-mail] and [e-mail]
