Currently I require people to type preferences as they should be in the file - true/false for boolean, quotes around strings, etc.

I should allow people to specify the type of the pref to avoid mistakes.

So basically I've rewritten how prefs work.

Major change is that I keep track of the pref type to avoid mistakes. 

Added the following features:

Autocomplete for prefs in the system
Booleans can only be true false
Cleanup of string prefs if you accidentally put quotes in them.
