This has to do with:
* improper storage of URI
* ftp -> releases name change in the FTP server name

Need to:
* Fix these issues so URI can be parsed properly to get the filepath of the given extension, and files get properly deleted when the database deletion takes place.

Bumping this up to make it easier to delete/disable existing add-ons in existing system... in case we need to delete add-ons.  Before v2 is migrated to remora.

Add-ons are not able to be deleted in Remora for security reasons and files are not publicly accessible and are also not deleted.
