With current SeaMonkey trunk, switching profiles throws an assertion:
###!!! ASSERTION: nsProfile::DefineLocaleDefaultsDir failed: 'NS_SUCCEEDED(rv)', file /build/andrew/moz-debug/mozilla/profile/src/nsProfile.cpp, line 1280
nsProfile::DefineLocaleDefaultsDir fails because this fails:
packageRegistry->GetSelectedLocale(NS_LITERAL_CSTRING("global-region"), localeName);

This bug report doesn't tell anything about the version, so it's hard to tell if it was before we changed our profile system and profile switching stuff. Please reopen if this still applies to 2.1 nightlies.
