the popup menu of Back & Forward button in the toolbar can't be grabbed by GOK

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start firefox, and locate to a couple of URLs one by one, to make there are Back history;
2. start GOK, click "Toolbars".

Actual Results:  
There are two "Back" button is GOK Toolbar keyboard (besides the "back" button
of GOK). One is for the "Back" button, and the other is for the "Back" popup.
The "Back" popup menu can be activated by the button displayed in GOK, but the items in the popup menu can not be accessed.

Expected Results:  
The "Back" popup menu can be accessed.

Can you reproduce this with a Mozilla build of the latest version of Firefox (1.5.0.2)?

No, this is something to do with our ATK implementation -- that's a general keyboard bug.
