The kurdish localization needs to comply with the trademarks policy, i.e.,
region.properties, bookmarks.html, and searchplugins need to be fixed.
This includes getting the snippets and the startpages up and running, too.
I heard that you're working on those already.

Please check out the subdirs en, en-1.0 and en-1.5 from
cvs -z3 -d:pserver:[e-mail]:/www co mozilla-org/html/start-snippets/

I updated http://wiki.mozilla.org/L10n:Firefox_Extras#Start_Page_Snippets with up-to-date cvs instructions.

Just deleted the temporary files, they are not necessary.

With this, the snippetes are complete, as is the startpages and the other html pages.

Is this becoming obsolete as Firefox 2 comes out? Or are these still necessary? What should we do about it?

Please clarify the status of this bug. Everything is translated, if I am not wrong, but this is still a "blocker". It has blocked long enough, lets proceed a bit ;)

Since there will be a Kurdish Firefox 2.0.x in a while, maybe we could give some attention to the webpages at http://www.mozilla-europe.org/ku ?

Well, Bug #356768 is not exactly an duplicate, since we were talking about Firefox 1.5 here, and about 2.0.1 in the other bug. But that's ok ;)
