Email selected events fails with "Error: DateFormater is not defined"

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an event
2. Right click
3. Choose Email Selected Events

Actual Results:  
Error: DateFormater is not defined

Popup window with new email message with information from event ?
Email is a not yet supported feature (Bug 237148). Therefore all related menu commands are hidden in recent Sunbird builds.
Depends on: 237148
In current Sunbird builds it is not possible to email any items. 
There are also no menu items anymore as written in comment #0.
