The primary attachements are visible but cannot be opened or saved. Reproducible: Always
2.Mail with attachements forwarded as attached to an other mail simply do not work. The primary attachements are visible but cannot be opened or save I can confirm the bug #2 - same thing happens. Tried to forward a forwarded message (original message has attachments) and I am unable to open the attachments.
Confirming #2 for Thunderbird 1.5.0.10 (20070221) on Mac and for same on Windows. If I open an attached message by double-clicking on the attachment (null).eml - clicking on the "Reply", "Reply All" and "Forward" buttons do nothing. Also, trying to accomplish these tasks from the menus does nothing as well.

Reporter, does the issue still occur in the latest supported 2.0.0.x / Shredder trunk nightlies? (1.5.0.x is now end-of-life and the latest supported 2.0.0.x is 2.0.0.16)
