Details

I tried to localize my mozilla by hand. I wrote a navigator.dtd file with
iso-8859-2 fonts, and mozilla cored dumped while starting. I rewrote that file
wthout iso-02 symbols and works ok but looks very stupid...
.dtd files should be in Unicode (UTF-8). To convert your files, use a conversion
tool (like nsconv.exe that used to come with the older builds, but not now
anymore) that converts your locale encoding (iso-8859-2) to Unicode (UTF-8). The
localization tools used by the L10n group, like MozillaTranslator [
http://www.mozilla.org/intl/mozxlator.html ], do this by default. For more
information, see also dMoz on Unicode [
http://dmoz.org/Computers/Software/Globalization/Character_Encoding/Unicode/ ].
