335655 - Printing only 1 copy when collate option is on

When printing any page whatsoever, when i select more than 1 copy and tick the collate checkbox, both firefox and mozilla nightly print only 1 copy instead of the number I have chosen.
Unchecking collate does the trick. The checkbox, however, is ticked on by default, so users might get confused.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to any page
2.select file\print
3.set number of copies to more that 1
4.select "collate"
5.click OK
6.count the number of copier

Actual Results:  
1 copy gets printed

Expected Results:  
more than 1 copy printed

Same in firefox 1.5.0.5, but I've noticed that it depends on the page being printed. This page is the only one found so far that prints correctly, whenever the option is checked or not.

I don't know at what version, but it was apparently fixed at some point - at least for the pages I frequently print collated (weekly!), it works fine now.

Allow me to take this opportunity to thank all the hard-working programmers who make this and other open-source software a reality! :-)
