The list position in the bookmarks sidebar should persist when shown or hidden (through toolbar button press or hotkey CTRL+B)
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load firefox and show the bookmarks sidebar with sufficient bookmarks to produce a scrollbar.
2. Scroll down to any abitary place in the listing.
3. Hide the bookmarks sidebar, then show it again -- the position is lost, and is back at the top again.
Actual Results:
Position does not persist.
Expected Results:
Position should persist.
