This was created with Case Studio which is a proprietary windows only ER generator. But the HTML output is universally readable. German and English translations included.

ERD
I can't accept code generated by a proprietary tool, and then include that generated code in Bugzilla, or include that generated code on the website. We'd be at the mercy of somebody always being available who had that tool to generate the code.
If you'd like to put it up somewhere yourself, I'd be fine with linking to it.
