It would be nice to have watchable QA Contacts for all the MailNews components in the Core. Now most of them have no QA contact so this shouldn't affect any QA process. This would help watching only interesting bugs in Core, because default assignee for MailNews is nobody@mozilla.org which gets lots of bugmail so watching it is horrible. :(
There are some components in Core: Mail/News that are owned by various individuals. I can certainly add watchable email addresses for the ones that aren't owned and then we can figure out what to do about the ones that are owned.
