This build of Firefox uses near 100% of CPU all the time. Might be busy looping somewhere so no time handling dialogs. See bug #335925

Bug number 335925 and this bug are definitely related. When Bon Echo is in the 100% cpu state, none of the pref, theme, extension windows open. Blank lines show up under the Window menu but you are unable to switch to that window. After I run the sequence from bug 335925, the cpu % goes down to less than 3% and I can see prefs, themes, etc.

The situation is improved after the workaround in bug 335925 comment 4, but the dialogs are still very slow to appear.
