using 3/27 build of netscape 2000032719

1) launch netscape
2) go to any URL
3) File | Edit Page
4) View | Page Source

nothing comes up..

all platforms.
Charley--I think we should keep this menu item present so people will discover 
it.  However, if we aren't going to bring up a separate window for this, we 
should change the "tabs" to see the source (even if they aren't present? maybe 
we'd need to add the tab toolbar and then switch to that mode?).

This actually works now, but will probably be replaced with the editable
source window, so duping to that.
