The status memuitem "Go to Window" is in English.

Steps of reproduce
1. Open Navigator
2. Look at the status menu at the bottom of the window

Tested 20000323 Win32 Ja build.

This string is hardcoded. The bug # is 26476.
I made a mistake. It comes from taskbarOverlay.dtd. It will be fixed.
