When viwing web pages with changing graphics example MRTG graph pages a constant Shift+F5 must be done to see the graphics change... Even if the browser is closed and reopened.. This seems to be a cache refresh problem. If you set the cache space to 0MB and go to about:cache it still caches seemingly disregarding the setting.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a web page with changing graphical data
2.Close browser
3.Reopen browser and go to the same url
