Details
From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; N; NT4.0; en-US) Mozilla/m13 BuildID: 20000228220 The JavaScript function alert() will cause the focus on the browser to be lost when the "ok" button is clicked (i.e. the browser disappears behind any other open windows on your desktop). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open any application (other than mozilla) and maximize it. 1. In mozilla, open my example URL (an alert will popup as you do). 2. Click the "ok" button on the alert dialog box. Actual Results: Mozilla disappears behind any the other application. Expected Results: Mozilla should retain it's z-order position with other windows.

Works for me, likely fixed recently - re-open if you can reproduce in current builds, thanks.
