If Thunderbird is closed (for example, by clicking on the X) while the Print dialog box is open, Thunderbird hangs: the main window goes away, the Print dialog remains but is blanked out, and the only way to close Thunderbird is by killing it in the Task Manager.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go under File and click Print.
2. Close Thunderbird by clicking on the X button.

Actual Results:  
The main window goes away, the Print dialog remains but is blanked out, and the only way to close Thunderbird is by killing it in the Task Manager.

Expected Results:  
Thunderbird refuses to close while the Print dialog is open, or Thunderbird closes the Print dialog and exists.
