Various e-mails require access to internet sites. Clicking on site (if detailed) gets no results. If site is named ex: Store Name (no http etc.) no way of getting to site. Put Mozilla FF and TB on home and office computer-same problem both PCs.

Would prefer to continue Mozilla, but am not computer enhanced. After going through bug lists, HELP options, all too confusing and time consuming for average user I think. I didn't understand half the bug descriptions let alone how to solve them. I think the right bug # is 328849. Looked it up, but page might as well been written in Latin for all that I could comprehend. Please help. Thank you.
