testcase - text should be black, outlined in green, and lie on the red baseline
Rotated svg text (via moz trunk cairo) on OS-X has a few problems. The filled text doesn't have the correct glyph spacing, and the outlines are both the wrong size and not rotated.
OS-X version of bug 330095.
