33678 - when creating a new bookmark, title does not readily appear

Overview Description: 

  If you create a new bookmark (not add current page) after entering the info into the dialogs, it is not displayed.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1) Select Bookmarks|Manage Bookmarks.

2) Select File|New Bookmark.

3) Enter a url and a name in the dialog boxes. (I used test/testing)



Actual Results: 

	A new bookmark is created. Look around it's the line with just an icon. In my experience I was unable to get he title and url 
to appear until I selected the bookmark and chose to edit its properties.

Expected Results: 

	THe name and url should immediately appear in addition to the bookmark icon.

Build Date & Platform Bug Found: 

ALL PLATFORMS with the 2000032809 builds.

Additional Information:

	I found this bug as an offshoot of bug 20155, hence rjc as likely culprit :-)

Claudius, please re-test with a new(er) build.  This works for me.

Re-opening. The problem is specifically entering an invalid URL (one without a 
protocol specified.)

VERIFIED Fixed in 2000032909. only well fromed URI's are allowed.
