Just FYI: Last reference to that pref has been removed by Bug 287628.

Actually the code was disabled by bug 110112 although the xul was only commented out until bug 161130 removed it.

Actually, could you also sr+ it?

I can't really find any other person who sr-ed Mozilla Application Suite Preference code, and this is a trivial fix anyway.
