I want to have my reply start above the previous message, and have my signature appear below my reply (above the quote).  Also, I want to be able to do this in each of my Identities.  However, the "place my signature" preference does not persist when I set it through the Identity settings dialogue box.  I can get my default Identity to work when setting it through the main account settings, but the rest of my Identities place the signature at the end of the message.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create multiple Identities
2. Set preference to start reply above quote and place signature below reply.
3. Hit okay, and then go back and edit it again.  The preference has been reset.

Actual Results:  
The preferences are consistenly reset.  You can change it, but it clearly doesn't ACTUALLY change.

Expected Results:  
Change the signature preference to what I selected.
