33729 - Corrupted downloads

Files I download appear to be getting corrupted.  The corruption is not
generally extensive--in downloading one of the nightly builds, for example, I
got a file which unzipped ok, but in which the mozilla executable was not a
valid NT program.  I downloaded the same build using Opera and it unzipped and
built fine.  I downloaded ZoneAlarm with Mozilla and the installer would get
about a third of the way through and then tell me that something was corrupted.
Once again, an Opera download worked fine.  Mozilla reports the downloads as
working fine.  This is buile 2000031908, but I've had this problem on a few
previous builds (haven't been part of this project very long :-)

I'd suggest a newer build. This was a known bug for downloads >64K and has been
fixed in the past week.

Looks good on initial testing with 2000032808.  Sorry for reporting a known
problem--my bugzilla searching didn't turn up anything.
