Like bug 299997 for Firefox, we'd like to get Sunbird running atop Xulrunner, and be able to build it in one pass.

This can be used with an appropriate mozconfig to generate the two objdirs.
For Mac, files from each objdir must be merged together (by hand for now) to make the double-clickable app.
