At the moment font-size: 110%; is used and I think it would look better with font-size: 13px;. The distance between letters is irregular when 110% is used, especially when you have set a minimum font-size.
First in px, then in %.
This is a screenshot how it behaves when you set the minimum font-size to 14: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=221684&action=view
So what is the preferred method of setting font sizes? Using percentages ensures that the headings etc are appropriately sized regardless of how much the user has magnified the content area...
Using % is better.
