1. Read a mail message
2. Select File | Print menu command
Expected: OS print dialog
Actual: Opened mozilla window with "Printing..." in Window caption. Nothing was
printed.

Ok, there are a few things going on here. The failure to print is on mscott's
plate with bug #12505. This is a problem with getting URL load notifications
from a message display operation.
The second thing is that the printing window is on screen...also another bug on
the plate of the XUL people. You can't create a XUL window offscreen :-(
Third thing is that I notice we weren't displaying headers in the printing
window...another bug I found that has now been fixed.
Going to reassign to mscott and he can mark it as a dup of 12505 if he wants.
