Changes the flex on the trunk to match the branch

On the branch, the searchbar is currently set to flex="100", while on trunk it's flex="200". We should change the trunk to match the branch's flex.

Sorry, but I can only *guess* that this is the bug I want to report -? I hate it whenever new versions of Firefox (this time, Bon Echo Alpha 2) come out with a short search box. I love it when the final search boxes are much roomier. Hope this gets fixed.
