33776 - Browser-Windows doesn't open

When I try to run Moxilla Milestone 13 or Milestone 14 the Browser-Window does 
not open. I get an entry in the Tast-Bar as if it is minimized, but it is 
impossible to maximize it.
Still the Browser seems to be reacting. I can right-click on the entry  and 
close it without problems.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. UnInstall Mozilla
2. ReInstall
3. Try to start

Actual Results:  To the third point: It doesn't matter if I only start Mozilla 
or if I doeble-click on an HTML-Document. The Browser doesn't show up.

M13 nd M14 are old builds.  Please try a new build (and I suggest using the
Installer build the first time for win95 users)

Resolving invalid - old builds.  Reporter if you still see this with current
builds, please re-open.

Reporter, let me add that first time though just in case it is best to get the 
Installer versin of the build.  If you have missing Windows DLL files this will 
look for that.
