Pressing enter on most pages does the wrong thing

Details

Filling in data on a form in testopia on pretty much any page and pressing enter will not behave as expected. Usually goes to the clone screen for whichever object you are on. For example, clicking in the tags field in show_plan and hitting enter takes you to the clone screen.
Added a commit button at the top of the pages. This will now be the default submit when enter is hit. Still need to fix it for tags other Ajax boxes.
