On JS popups, and the prefs dialog, the OK and Cancel buttons are three or four
pixels too low, and overlap the bottom of the window.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to URL
2. Look at popup dialog...
3. Or you can open the prefs.
This is a regression between 20000328 and 20000329, discovered during
smoketesting. It's XP.

This is a duplicate of bug #33746. ben checked in some new widget styles, so
it may be due to this change.
