It's a bit hard to explain what I mean but I'll try.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Put a lot of bookmarks on your bookmarks toolbar so that you see an arrow >> on the right side.
2. Then restart your browser and click on the arrow.
3. What you'll see is the menu expanding but the initial length is not according to the contents
4. So in order to catch what I see in a split second every time when I click on the arrow I made a screenshot, and it turned out to be doubles of my bookmarks toolbar items.

Bug 451915 - move Firefox/Places bugs to Firefox/Bookmarks and History. Remove all bugspam from this move by filtering for the string "places-to-b-and-h".
In Thunderbird 3.0b, you do that as follows:
Tools | Message Filters
Make sure the correct account is selected. Click "New"
Conditions: Body contains places-to-b-and-h
Change the action to "Delete Message".
Select "Manually Run" from the dropdown at the top.
Click OK.
Select the filter in the list, make sure "Inbox" is selected at the bottom, and click "Run Now". This should delete all the bugspam. You can then delete the filter.
